Reading this map: geometry is fixed at today's (2026) parcel
boundaries throughout — only color/height change by year. A parcel
doesn't render until the year it first appears in the Assessor's data
(outlined blue that year).
FY2009–2016 is historical record
only — the new-construction/renovation classifier needs structural
fields (living area, grade, condition) that aren't being run against
this older data, so only value/tax are shown, no red/amber highlighting,
for those years.
Tax billed is the actual per-parcel amount from
the Assessor's own CAMA data (
TOTFYTAX), not value × a
rate — town-wide sums land within ~2–3% of the officially
certified levy every year checked. See
